Turn GGG OFF Power (back) Hold 1s
Increase Temp + Press
Decrease Temp – Press
Clear Cook + and – Press together
Clear Alarm Any button Press Press any button to clear the alarm
Cycle Views < / > Press Cycles through, for each thermometer at a time:
  1. Core
  2. Surface
  3. Ambient
  4. Cooking To (setpoint)
  5. Ready In / Cook %
Next Thermometer (same view) > Hold 1s Keeps current temp view
Previous Thermometer (same view) < Hold 1s Keeps current temp view
Toggle °F, °C < and + Hold together
Toggle Tenths (CPT temp) > and – Hold together
Backlight On/Off Backlight ☀︎ Press
Backlight: change color Backlight ☀︎ and < / > Hold Backlight ☀︎ and press < or > Cycle through 8 colors
Backlight: increase brightness Backlight ☀︎ and + Hold Backlight ☀︎ and press +
